Celebrate as The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island unveils their famed Gingerbread Pirate Ship in the lobby of the hotel. This 17 foot culinary masterpiece is made with over 600 pieces of gingerbread and adorned with sculpted pirates wearing colorful fondant clothing, a chocolate cannon, and cannon balls.

Inspired by Charles Dickens’ novella “A Christmas Carol,” Dickens on Centre transforms downtown Fernandina into a classic English village, sure to enliven your Christmas spirit.
