The S.S. Amelia Gingerbread Pirate Ship Arrives

Land O’ Matey, We have arrived at Amelia Island. Come get a close up view the World’s Largest Gingerbread Pirate Ship as it anchored here in our lobby. The ship is the perfect place to capture holiday pictures and memories with the chocolate sculpted pirates.
Christmas Tree Lighting

Thousands of sparkling lights beautifully decorate our resort for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Enjoy refreshments, entertainment by local community groups and The Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival Brass Quintet. Raffle tickets will be available to support the local YMCA Foundation. Festivities conclude with Santa’s arrival and fireworks.
Santa’s Wonderland Dinner

Festival Of Trees
Shops of Omni Amelia Island Plantation 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Kicking off the Festival of Trees, November 27th, 2015 will see the Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration in the Shops of Omni Amelia Island Plantation from 5-9pm. Come snap a photo with Santa at this beautiful holiday event! The evening will also include live music, bounce house, snow, family friendly activities, festive food and drinks, and more. At the Festival of Trees in the Shops of Omni Amelia Island Plantation, 10 local charities will display trees on the porches of the various shops around the lake. All proceeds are 100% donated to each charity. The festival runs through January 1, 2016.
