Florida Properties is a property management and rental company; we are the only ones that have an office located on site with about a third of the condos at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. Our rental program features beautiful one bedroom, two bedroom, two bedroom deluxe and three bedroom suites which are required to meet several criteria in order to be enlisted in our rental program. Being on site, we will be here to check you in and greet you upon arrival. We also are here to help you trouble shoot your TV’s or wi-fi or to send a trusted, local vendor out to address maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Frequently asked questions answered:
- All of our condos come with free wi-fi, you will be given a log in at check-in
- All of our units come with Xfinity cable service
- Each bedroom has a bathroom, master bedrooms have a private bathroom
- All condos are fully furnished and come with a fully equipped kitchen
- All linens and bath towels are provided
- We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Rental company information upon request
- Check-in is at 4PM, Check-out is at 11AM
- Check-in at the Florida Properties Reception Center located on site at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. Check-in parking is located to the immediate right once you enter the property, just before the security gate.
- No pets allowed , unless it’s a service animal
- Special arrangements must be made for late arrivals (after 5 PM)
- Office hours are Sunday-Monday (9AM- 5PM)
- The maximum number of guests occupying a condo shall be as follows: One bedroom- 4 People, Two bedroom- 6 People, Three bedroom- 8 People
- Every single condo is on the water and has a view of the Atlantic Ocean
- There is a $20/night up charge for all upgraded units
- No refund for early departure.
- Requested condos are not guaranteed.
