Amelia Surf & Racquet Club features beautiful one bedroom, two bedroom, two bedroom deluxe and three bedroom suites. All of our Suites are equipped with three very important features that our guests insist upon. Those features are all Free and include Comcast High Speed Wireless Internet Service, a High Definition Television in the Living Room with a Comcast High Definition Cable Box and Free Comcast Local and Long Distance Telephone Service. There is a 3 night minimum stay on all condos. During the high season, there is a 1 week minimum stay on 2 and 3 bedroom condos (June, July and the first weeks of August).  During 4th of July, there is a 1 week minimum stay on all condos as well as 2 parking passes assigned per condo.  *Concours d’Elegance will have a $150 premium per night at high season rates.

Occupancy Policy

The maximum number of individuals occupying a condo shall be as follows: One bedroom -4 people, Two bedroom-6 people; 3 bedroom-8 people.  Two bedrooms without a sleeper sofa will only accommodate 4 people.

Along with the rate you will be required to pay 11% Tax and the Resort Fee, which is based on the size of your condo rental.

1 Bedroom Resort Fee $85.00
2 Bedroom Resort Fee $95.00
3 Bedroom Resort Fee $99.00

Reservation/Prepayment Policy

A credit card number is required to make a reservation. To reserve a condo, a prepayment must be made which includes 50% of the total rent due as well as the applicable Resort Fee.  Final Payment is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be given 30 days prior to the check-in date to receive a refund of the prepayment minus the Resort Fee.  Cancellations not received 30 days prior to the check-in date will result in the loss of the prepayment.

Smoking Policy

All of our properties are smoke free.  Smoking in the accommodations is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your stay if it is apparent that smoking occurred in the accommodations during your stay.

  • Office Hours: 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
  • Check-in: 4:00 P.M. / Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
  • Check-in at the Florida Properties Reception Center located on site at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club.  Check-in parking is located to the immediate right once you enter the property, just before the security gate.
  • Special arrangements must be made for late arrivals.
  • No refund for early departure.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Requested condos are not guaranteed.

LONG TERM RESERVATION POLICY: A credit card number is required to make a reservation. A 50% prepayment of the last month’s rent and the Resort Fee must be made at the time of making a reservation. The 50% prepayment and Resort Fee will be applied to the last month’s rent.

LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to the check-in date for a refund of 50% prepayment minus the Resort Fee. Cancellations not received 60 days prior to the check-in date will result in the loss of full prepayment.

LONG TERM RESERVATION CHANGES: Reservation changes must be made 60 days prior to the check-in date. If a change results in a shorter term stay, it could result in the cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation is canceled, the 50% prepayment of the last month’s rent will be returned if notification is received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival minus the Resort Fee. If changes are made during your stay it will result in the loss of the prepayment and the monthly rates will be adjusted to the revised term of the stay. Under no circumstances will monthly rates be prorated. Weekly rates will prevail. Requested villas are not guaranteed.
