EAST LYME 2/9/11- The winter of 2011 has been so severe that there is even snow on the beach at Rocky Neck State Park. A walk along the cold, windy beach on Wednesday revealed a snowman looking out at Long Island Sound dreaming of the day when the beach will be covered with swimmers in bathing suits lying on blankets in the hot sun.
