Join Chef Bill as he takes you on a walking tour of Fernandina’s Farmer’s Market! Plan to meet downtown and take a stroll through the wonderful vendors. Follow along and take in the sights, sounds and smells of all of the local goodies. Chef Bill will grab fresh groceries , give great tips on freshness and plan a meal as he “shops”. Once the groceries are gathered, head back to the Amelia Island Culinary Academy and settle in. Bill will start the demonstration and tell the group how to take his day’s fresh ingredients and whip them in to “farm to table” delights as you watch and sample. You will leave with some new ideas and a happy palate!
